Help: adding a channel to your account
Telegram and Discord connect in one click from You > How Ari reaches you once you are signed in. For iMessage, open You > How Ari reaches you, tap Get code, and send Ari the exact message the page shows you from iMessage.
Ari made a new blank account on my new channel
Sign in to your real Ari account, generate a pairing code from You > How Ari reaches you, and send it from the new channel. If that channel belongs to a temporary account Ari created automatically, Ari asks you to confirm in chat before moving the channel. The temporary account stops receiving that channel, and its old chats stay archived for recovery.
I lost access to every paired channel
Email [email protected]with the phone number or username you used with Ari, and we will help you recover your account. As long as you still have one paired channel, you can pair a new one yourself from You > How Ari reaches you.
