Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund the current term.
We refund duplicate charges and verified billing errors, and we refund or credit you when a failure on our side left the Service unusable for an extended period. If we end a paid account for a reason other than a violation of our Terms, we refund the unused part of the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email on your account, or use the dashboard billing page. Include the approximate charge date so we can locate it quickly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed once for the full year. If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access until the year ends; the annual fee is not prorated or refunded except in the cases above.
